Kelvin Mo is an international business development strategist, recognized for his expertise in driving corporate growth internationally, particularly across Asian markets. A seasoned businessman, he embodies the union of strategic vision, entrepreneurial spirit, and economic engagement.
He founded and led two successful companies, Groupe Service Santé Globale Inc. in 2008 and BCMMO Inc. in 2013, providing services to a diverse clientele of small and medium-sized enterprises, both in Canada and abroad.
Born in Cambodia and having arrived in Canada at a young age, Mr. Mo holds a strong and multidisciplinary academic background. He earned an Executive MBA as well as a graduate diploma in applied ergonomics from UQAM. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in health sciences and a certificate in occupational health and safety from the Université de Montréal.
His international expertise is further grounded in graduate studies completed in China in the fields of business and marketing, a program on Chinese economic development at Peking University in 2013, and an economic and leadership program completed in Taiwan in 2024.
Deeply involved in the business community, Mr. Mo serves as President of the Asia-Pacific Association for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, President of the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce of Montreal, President of the Board of Governors of the Saint-Laurent–Mont-Royal Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and is a former President of that same Chamber. He is also a member of the advisory committee of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia.
Since 2024, Kelvin Mo also holds two recognized governance certifications: Certified Corporate Director (ASC), awarded by the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés of Université Laval, and Chartered Director, awarded by The Directors College, affiliated with McMaster University.
