Biography
Geneviève Abbott is the Executive Director of Catalonia Trade & Investment in Canada, a position she has held since 2007. In this role, she has helped hundreds of Catalan companies establish trade, technology, and investment relationships with Canadian companies across a wide range of sectors, in addition to facilitating Canadian business interests in Catalonia.
She holds an International MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto. Previously, she worked at one of Canada’s leading engineering consulting firms and as a market analyst at the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service in Guadalajara, Mexico.
