Biography
Raymond Mark is an Expert Advisor for exports to Europe at Investissement Québec International. Previously, he led the economic team of the Quebec Delegation in Tokyo from 2016 to 2022. Over his 25-year career in export promotion, he has supported thousands of companies in their export projects across Asia and Europe and organized numerous trade and ministerial missions that have helped expand Quebec’s international trade with the world.
